A prestigious UK school meets its print management match

Six years is a while in the software game.

So finding out we have a long-time devotee (even serendipitously) in David Garwood, IT technician for St. Mary’s Menston Catholic Academy (SMMCA), is the greatest.

Better yet, he’s happy to report SMMCA’s thoughts on PaperCut MF are in keeping with the observed trend: they absolutely love it.

Digital asset libraries, virtual ponds… Just another killer Constructival

Ah, Constructival. Two glorious days when every PaperCutter swaps their nine-to-five hat for a let’s-make-something-rad-’cause-we-can sombrero.

Where new ideas and innovations burst forth from the woodwork like bugs in a rushed end-of-year release.

Find out what went down, and what 2018 saw us Frankenstein into existence for the ultimate hackathon.

Why sustainability means so much to PaperCutters

Many of PaperCut’s 150+ employees have joined the company in part because of its environmentally-minded culture.

Recently, a bunch of those PaperCutters jumped in front of a camera to share their views on sustainability and how PaperCut software helps the environment.

Here’s what happened.

Meet PaperCut 18.3, our suite-est release ever

G Suite users rejoice! PaperCut MF and NG now syncs and authenticates G Suite users. No more managing users in multiple places – it all just works using Google credentials. Sweet!

Find out what else is new in PaperCut MF and NG version 18.3.

Smooth and sustainable printing for Italy’s largest insurer

Schools and universities might be our mainstay, but we love making a difference in the financial sector – especially if it equates to doubling down on sustainability for a large enterprise business.

See how we delivered efficient earth-loving printing for Italy’s largest insurance provider.

A sneak peek at PaperCut 18.3

The latest release of PaperCut MF & NG, version 18.3 to be exact, arrives in a few days.

To get my head around the release, I bailed up product guy Dale Micallef for a chat about stapling (it’s pretty cool, promise) and G Suite sync and authentication for G Suite Enterprise, G Suite Enterprise for Education, and Cloud Identity Premium users.

Alec and his beloved print management integrations

I’m pretty handy at sorting out my mother-in-law’s internet problems. And my brother’s laptop viruses. But when it comes to APIs, my knowledge runs out after “try turning it off and on again”.

So I caught up with resident API and integrations geek Alec for a better understanding of the role that 3rd party integrations play in the PaperCut ecosystem.

How one man (and Mobility Print) saved a Canadian school district

“If we’re talking work wise, stress wise, life – I love you, okay?”

I wish all feedback was as warm and fuzzy as Rob Cover’s. But not everyone’s got a job like Rob – one that tasks him with coordinating oodles of student and staff printing every day.

So it figures any help is hugely appreciated. And that’s exactly what Mobility Print delivered.

What our Google Premier Partnership means for you

Our new collaboration with Google as a Premier Partner will see us make a lot of wonderful things for Google-based workplaces.

We can’t say heaps right now, but there’ll definitely be some happy sysadmins when PaperCut 18.3 releases in November.

In the meantime, let’s recap the announcement, and dive into what it all means for you.

Securer-than-ever printing for a Florida health care provider

Baptist Health Care (BHC) is a not-for-profit health care organization that’s been keeping Floridians healthy since 1951.

With three hospitals and four medical parks only scratching the surface, it’s no wonder BHC has a prognosis for serious printing.

And sysadmin Kenny Stanger was charged with making it more secure and cost-effective than ever.
